When the boys were weaning there were lots of different foods I got them to try. One of the things I loved for ‘on the go’ was Organix products. However, as they’re probably a little too big for ‘dissolvable’ goods now as they do like to chew their food (and spit it out occasionally) Organix asked if we’d like to try their new range of crispy bars.
Toby’s not a massive explorer of food which is a shame as I’m sure he’s missing out on some of the best food of his life but Teddy on the other hand will give anything a go. Toby only sniffed these bars but Teddy had a good go at them before making his mind up.
The Organix crispy bars come in two new flavours; berry and cocoa & orange. Both bars are packed full with juicy raisins and crispy puffs of rice which make these a no junk and super fruity snack for little ones.
Organix Berry Crispy Bars
The berry bars have got a little bit of tanginess to them but Teddy seemed to enjoy this actually. The fruity berry twist is a mix of strawberry and raspberry juice and he enjoyed the texture too. Of course he loved the flavour and that was made even better by the cocoa powder outer which makes it a little chocolatey. Think strawberry dream with a crispy twist and that’s what you get here.
Organix Cocoa & Orange Crispy Bars
These sound like these would be my favourite if I was a toddler. Chocolate orange is one of my all time favourite flavours and Teddy loved this too. It was bubbly, full of flavour and raisins and really nice and juicy
One thing I love about these bars are that they aren’t too dry. I find that with some other children’s snack bars they are so dry and really hard to chew and these were pretty spot on. They’re the perfect size for lunch boxes or to throw in the changing bag if you’re going out somewhere and just need something on the go for the kiddos as part of a mid morning snack. I love that the packaging is vibrant and you can count on Organix, and their no junk promise, to deliver something kids will love.
