When I was growing up I loved getting things for my birthday or Christmas that I could actually do something with. I loved anything that meant I could get creative, or anything that was the craze. Gel-A-Peel appeals to 8+ year old girls by allowing them to express themselves through making their own fashionable accessory; a truly designer creation. The idea is to use the gel colour tubes to trace the templates, peel the design and your creations are ready to wear!
The deluxe kit has the widest assortment of hot colours and accessory hardware so that the girls using it can match up their creations to their own tastes and styles. This particular kit includes; 24 design templates, 7 design tips, 5 Gel-A-Peel colour tubes (pearly lilac, pure gold, sparkle coral, sparkle seafoam & pearly plum), a cleaning too and a clear drawing sheet. There’s also accesory hardware for earrings, keychains and headbands. As far as I’m aware all creations must be totally dry before peeling. This would make a great present and certainly a good rainy day activity or something to do with their friends! I would have loved this when I was a pre-teen, that’s if my sister didn’t manage to get to it first!
