What a week it’s been. I’ve had some epic fails with these two this week which include a 37 minute trip to the farm, but also some epic moments which include seeing them actually interacting with one another.
I’m otherwise going to keep this short and sweet this week. Toby has just been growing into a little human with all of the feelings lately. Not only is he taking much more of an interest in Teddy and his wellbeing but these are some of the phrases we’ve been hearing.
“Thank you Mummy/Daddy/Teddy. You’re the best”
“Luff you. Sweet dreams”
“Teddy is cute”
He just seems to have turned into this super loving, caring and affectionate little boy who gets upset if you’re upset and says sorry even if he doesn’t need to. It’s the cutest thing ever – long may it continue.
Teddy has really been getting the hang of puzzles this week. While he may not be as physical as Toby was at his age, he has much more patience with things and a longer attention span too. He’s even got the hang of turning the pieces the right way round already. His words are really coming on and he understands so much. However, he has started getting a little bit naughty and so we’ve had to start putting him in the corner when he does something naughty, just like we do with Toby. Hopefully it’s just a phase!

Troy absolutely loves puzzles too – I think he and Teddy would get on pretty well! Toby sounds like such a wonderful little boy – I love how close they look in the photo x
