One company I’ve really come to love over the last few month is Prezzybox. I worked with them in August on a little house haul just before we moved and now I get to come and show off a couple more of their amazing products.
Prezzybox are genuinely one of the best online gift solutions I’ve come across in recent years. I have been so inspired by so many of their products that I’ve hardly had to ask anyone what they’d like for Christmas this year. I know that means I’m probably going a little off piste but isn’t it always nice to receive some kind of surprise? Even if I don’t purchase anything from Prezzybox, every time I visit I feel as though I’ve been through some kind of gift inspiration blizzard.
They cater for everyone; from the kids, to your nan and the next door neighbour, they even have presents for the fussiest of people.
Personalised Copper Lantern
With Christmas coming up and with us wanting a cosy home, this personalised copper lantern really caught my eye. Copper is very on trend at the moment, and I’ve been looking for a similar lantern for ages but have only been able to find silver ones which won’t really work in our room.
I wanted something that complemented the fireplace; it’s brick, Edwardian and has old quarry tiles on the hearth with a gorgeous black log burner in the centre and an off white mantelpiece.
This lantern is a rather large 40cm tall and is just about the right height for a medium sized church candle to fit into – you don’t want something that takes up the whole length of it. However, you can fill it with what you want, especially over the festive period. A string of fairy lights, mini baubles or even just a tea light to set the mood, this copper lantern can house anything you like.
It’s got our initials on the front (J J T T) but you can personalise it with up to five characters of your own. It’s absolutely gorgeous, super trendy and really stylish wherever you choose to put it in your home. It’s got a small handle so you could hang it from somewhere if you wanted to but I’d highly recommend that it just sits somewhere.
If you’ve got kids who like to touch things, be prepared to polish and buff this up because there will be lots of fingerprints over it! Other than that, it isn’t much of a dust collector which surprised me. People always want to know the ‘bad’ things about products and I can honestly only pick up on one teeny, tiny thing; the little clip that holds the door closed works perfectly find, but it could be a bit tighter, especially if there are kids around, although mine are pretty good and know not to touch it when there’s something inside.
For £39.95 I’m so impressed with the quality and the personalisation and I love that it’s a statement piece that works perfectly in our home to create the atmosphere we want.
